Rediscover the gesture.
The magic of unpredictability

and living matter

In this workshop, I share the process I developed after months of experimentation and testing. I structured it step by step to make it accessible, using materials that are easy to find and affordable.

Important Note for
International Participants

Transparency Transfer Process™ was filmed in French and fully subtitled in English to make the workshop accessible to as many people as possible.

You will also have access to the private student community, Le Cercle des Ateliers, where you can ask your questions in English at any time if you need clarification while following the workshop.

Open a new space for your images

Slower.
More sensory.
More alive.

A space where the image meets matter, embraces unpredictability, transforms itself, and carries the trace of the person who created it.

With Transparency Transfer Process™, you no longer simply look at your images.
You manipulate them.
You reveal them.
You give them a new presence.

Glass, metal, fabric, wood, paper…
Each surface becomes a territory for exploration and alchemy.

An image can become far more than a print. Through transfer, it becomes living matter.

Your Images Are Trapped in Pixels

We have never produced and consumed so many images.
Instant, endlessly editable, generated in seconds, perfect yet somehow lifeless…

And yet, many artists and creatives today feel the need to return to something more organic, more alive.

For more than twenty years, I’ve been exploring transfer processes that allow images to break free from the confines of pixels and regain a tangible, sensitive and deeply embodied presence.

With Transparency Transfer Process™, the human presence returns to the heart of the artistic process.

They say it better than I ever could

“First of all, thank you so much for this wonderful discovery!!! It opens up so many creative possibilities.

I’ve been an amateur photographer since retiring and I’m part of a photography club, but I don’t always connect with the constraints that come with that environment. Your technique gives me the opportunity to create differently and explore another path entirely, and I’m truly delighted about that.”

Francis A.

Amateur photographer

“First of all, I wanted to thank you for the quality of the workshop you created. Your work is truly inspiring, and I really love the way you share and transmit your process.”

Béatrice S.

Professional Artist

“Your workshops are perfect for reigniting my creativity. After spending many years focused on photography, especially black and white work, [...] your workshops opened up the possibility of combining photography with different techniques that create truly stunning results, and it has completely revived my creative energy.

A huge thank you for that!”

What you’ll find inside Transparency Transfer Process™

The materials

All the materials used in Transparency Transfer Process™ have been carefully selected and tested to remain accessible and easy to source.

In this part of the workshop, I guide you through choosing the right inkjet transparencies, understanding the differences between compatible materials, and avoiding the most common mistakes.

You’ll also discover the tools that are truly useful for successful transfers, without investing in unnecessary or expensive equipment.

Transfer Solution

At the heart of Transparency Transfer Process™ lies the transfer solution I developed and refined through months of experimentation.

In this part of the workshop, I guide you step by step through the preparation of your own transfer solution using simple, easy-to-find ingredients.

Temperatures, textures, preparation times, storage, common mistakes…
Everything is explained to help you work independently and achieve successful transfers under the best possible conditions.

On Mirror

Mirror instantly transforms the relationship we have with an image.
The transfer no longer simply rests on a surface : it interacts with reflections, light, and the surrounding space.

In this first exploration, I guide you step by step through the process of creating transfers on mirror with Transparency Transfer Process™, while showing you how to reveal the full poetic and living potential of this fascinating surface.

On Metal

Metal immediately brings a unique sense of depth and density to the transfer process.
Light interacts with its surface in a completely different way, and the image seems to almost merge with the material itself.

In this part of the workshop, I guide you step by step through the process of creating transfers on metal, using the specific reactions of this surface to create images that feel sensitive, vibrant, and deeply contemporary.

Metal becomes a true field of experimentation where the transfer reveals its full visual power.

On Glass

It is probably on glass that Transparency Transfer Process™ reveals the full uniqueness of the process.

Light passes through the image, interacting with transparency, layering, and reflections to create works that feel fragile, luminous, and deeply alive.

The transfer no longer simply rests on a surface : it seems to literally inhabit both matter and light.

On Ceramic

With glazed ceramic, the smooth and reflective surface interacts with the image in a very distinctive way.

In this part of the workshop, I show you how to adapt the process to the specific qualities of this material and which surfaces to choose for the best results.

Certain shapes, textures, and reliefs react differently to the transfer process, and I share the key details and precautions you need to know in order to work with ceramic successfully and confidently.

On Japanese Paper

Japanese paper brings a unique sense of lightness and delicacy to the transfer process.
The fibers, transparency, and fine texture of the paper interact with the image to create truly distinctive results.

In this part of the workshop, I show you how to work with these extremely delicate papers, how to prepare the surface properly, and how to avoid the most common mistakes related to their fragility.

The transfer then reveals an aesthetic that feels both organic and deeply alive.

On Fabric

Fabric opens up a deeply free and experimental territory for the transfer process.

In this part of the workshop, I show you how to adapt the process to fabric, which textiles work best, and how to achieve the most successful results.

This surface opens exciting possibilities for artists and creatives who wish to extend their images through thread, embroidery, beads, or other mixed-media interventions.

Fabric then becomes a true space for exploration between image, material, and gesture.

On Wood

The Fusion with Raw Material

Wood immediately brings warmth, depth, and a very distinctive presence to the transfer process.
The fibers, grain, and irregularities of the material interact with the image to create results that feel organic and deeply embodied.

In this part of the workshop, I show you how to properly prepare the wood, which types of surfaces work best, and how to adapt the process depending on the texture and porosity of the material.

7 surfaces, 7 sources of inspiration
Endless creative possibilities

Once you’ve mastered the fundamentals, you’ll be free to explore your own experiments and develop a unique artistic universe without limits.

High-quality content for an optimal learning experience

What They Say About My Workshops

Why this Workshop?

Transparency Transfer Process™ was born from a simple intention: to make inkjet image transfer more accessible, more independent, and more open to experimentation.

After months of research, I developed a process based on easy-to-find materials and alternative solutions that allow artists to practice image transfer without relying on expensive or hard-to-access products.

The goal was not to create yet another recipe, but to give artists, photographers, and creatives the freedom to truly make the process their own and integrate it naturally into their personal practice.

In my studio

You No Longer Create Alone

With Transparency Transfer Process™, you also gain access to Le Cercle des Ateliers, the private community dedicated to participants in my online workshops.

There, you can ask questions, share your experiments, show your creations, exchange ideas around your discoveries, and connect with other artists and creatives engaged in the same exploration.

Because some creative practices take on an entirely different dimension when they are no longer experienced alone in the studio.

Why such confidence?

Because I know that the moment you begin experimenting with the process, watching the image merge with matter and light, something shifts.

A few videos are more than enough to know whether this creative experience resonates deeply with you.

And if it doesn’t?
I would rather refund you than keep you in a workshop that does not truly serve your creative journey.

What Is Inkjet

Image Transfer?

Transparency Transfer Process™ is an inkjet image transfer technique that allows you to transfer a printed image from an inkjet transparency onto different surfaces such as glass, metal, fabric, wood, or paper.

The Process in 4 Steps

1 — Print on an inkjet transparency
Your image is printed onto a compatible inkjet transparency.

2 — Prepare the transfer solution
You prepare your own transfer solution using simple and easy-to-find ingredients.

3 — Apply the process
You apply the solution to your chosen surface and carefully place the printed transparency onto it.

4 — Reveal the transfer
After a few minutes, you slowly peel the transparency away. The image gradually appears on its new surface.

Transfer the same image 10 times, and you’ll obtain 10 completely different results.
The transfer process creates results that are impossible to achieve with a traditional print.

Who Is This Workshop For?

You Already Practice Inkjet Image Transfer

You love inkjet image transfer, but the cost of certain materials can sometimes limit experimentation in everyday practice.

Transparency Transfer Process™ was designed to encourage a more independent and accessible approach, based on materials that are easy to find without sacrificing the richness and creative potential of the process.

The goal is to help you fully make the transfer process your own and integrate it freely into your personal artistic practice.

You’re Passionate About Alternative Photography

You may already have heard about inkjet image transfer but still wonder how to actually make it work.

With Transparency Transfer Process™, you’ll master every step of the process and push the boundaries of your creative language by creating images that are truly impossible to replicate.

You’re a Beginner or an Experienced Artist

You’re looking for a new creative impulse to enrich your artistic practice. You feel drawn toward materiality and more tactile ways of creating.

Transparency Transfer Process™ will help you explore a new technique in a concrete way and perhaps even open the door to a new form of artistic expression.

This Is Not for You If…

You're looking for “perfect” images

Here, you won’t create the kind of flawless image you see on a computer screen or in perfectly polished gallery prints.

Inkjet image transfer is full of unpredictability, textures, and beautifully singular effects.

If digital perfection is enough for you, this workshop is probably not for you.

You Don’t Want to Get Your Hands Dirty

If you’re looking for a perfectly clean and controlled process, this is probably not the right place for you.

Spoiler: you’re going to work with your hands… and yes, you’ll probably get them dirty.

If this direct relationship with material doesn’t appeal to you, then this workshop is not for you.

You Only Want to “Apply a Method”

This workshop is not a recipe to follow mechanically.
It is, above all, a gateway toward your gesture, your creative impulse, and your own unique way of embodying an image.

I share the technique, but whatever you create with it will carry your personal imprint.

You Don’t Feel Drawn to a More Hands-On Creative Process

If you don’t miss a physical relationship with material, if gesture itself does not matter to you… then perhaps you don’t need Transparency Transfer Process™.

This workshop is meant for those who feel a longing for making, touching, and shaping with their hands.
For those who are not afraid of slower and more deliberate creative processes.

A Workshop Born
from My Own Journey

I’ve always loved experimenting and exploring new techniques. It’s my way of feeding both my creativity and my artistic practice. But for a long time, I wished I could find clear and accessible resources that would help me move forward more easily.

That’s exactly why I created this workshop with so much care : I simply built the kind of space I wish I had found when I was starting out.

A space where you learn step by step, but above all where you allow yourself to explore, experiment, make mistakes, and create freely.

Today, I share this journey with all my heart.

Your Questions… My Answers

Is This Workshop Suitable for Beginners?

Yes. Every step has been designed to remain accessible, even if you have no prior experience with inkjet image transfer.

For complete beginners, I created a very detailed introductory video that guides you through the entire process step by step.

Is This Workshop Suitable for Experienced Artists?

Yes. The videos go straight to the point. No wasted time.

Everything is clearly explained, and the downloadable guides allow you to start using the process immediately in your own practice.

Do I Need to Invest in Expensive Equipment?

No. You only need a few simple products and tools that I introduce at the very beginning of the workshop.

You will of course need a desktop inkjet printer, ideally a photo printer.

I also selected alternative inkjet transparencies that are much more accessible than some of the major brands commonly used for image transfer.

The products required to prepare the transfer solution are themselves easy to find and affordable.

Every material and product featured in the workshop has been carefully tested to help you avoid unnecessary or disappointing purchases.

Can I Use Digital Photographs?

Absolutely! You can work with any of your personal images.
You simply need to print them onto the appropriate inkjet transparencies using your inkjet printer.

The complete materials list as well as the ingredients needed for the transfer solution are provided as downloadable resources inside the workshop.

Will I Have Long-Term Access to the Workshop Content?

Yes. Every participant receives lifetime access to all videos, downloadable images, and PDF resources.

The workshop videos can be watched unlimited times, at your own pace.

How Do I Choose the Right Materials?

Once you join the workshop, you’ll receive a downloadable list containing all the materials used throughout the process.

Who Am I?

My artistic journey began with my first exhibition in 2006.

Since then, I have regularly exhibited my work in galleries and contemporary art fairs in France and internationally.

Deeply inspired by the Pictorialist movement, my artistic practice has always been guided by the search for processes capable of giving each image a truly singular presence.

I have therefore naturally gravitated toward techniques that require manual intervention : processes through which the image gradually becomes matter shaped by the hand.

This is how I create the textures and chiaroscuro effects that guide the eye toward the essence of my subjects : their aura, their inner light.
